About Us
Glenn and I have been married for ten spectacular years. We recently moved to Saudi Arabia, which is obviously very far away from both of our families. We keep this blog updated so we can stay close to our friends and fam and to keep a record of our family adventures. Glenn is enjoying his new job and I am loving being a stay-at-home mom. We have two sweet little boys, Tate and Finn and two darling twin baby girls, Taryn and Kenna. We love them to pieces. We also love date nights, good movies, good food, and being with each other.

Picture Tuesday, 18 Weeks Old

18 weeks old already.  How has this happened so fast!  Kenna and Taryn had their 4 month appointments last week and got some more shots.  Luckily no noticeable side effects.  Not even a fever or an extra fussy day.  Kenna now weighs an even 13 pounds and Taryn is 12 pounds 14 ounces.  Even though they're only two ounces apart and just a teensy bit in height too, Kenna is solidly in the 50th percentile now in weight, height and head circumference and Taryn is between the 25th and 30th in everything.  They started out so teensy and they're already nearly caught up.
They're such sweet babies.  Most days this week they've been giving me a solid long afternoon nap.  Some days it seems like, amid the flurry of tasks I'm trying to accomplish all morning, much of our schedule is hinged around trying to make sure the girls will be recently fed and tired at the same time that Finn takes his afternoon nap so that they'll go to sleep too.  The majority of the time in the past week at least that has been successful.  Today, not so much.  Once in the last week they slept through the night again until 5:30 am.  Most of the time though they're still up once between three and four.
They are starting to roll onto their sides from their backs and scootch around a bit more too.  They've also started to roll over to face each other and grab at each other's hands and chatter away at each other.  It's the sweetest.  I sure love my baby girls.  They're growing up so so fast but I'm loving every second I get to be their momma.

Adorable pictures of the girls this week. I'm so happy they are getting on a better nap schedule for you. Hope it lasts. Course when you come to Utah that could really mess them up again. They just might have to spend afternoons with Nana so I can keep them on schedule. Love and miss you all!!
